Appointments & Cancellations

 

* Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice will not incur any charge.

* Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

* Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

* No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

 

Late Arrival Policy

 

* Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled.

* In some cases, late arrivals may still be charged the full treatment cost if there is not enough time to complete the appointment.

 

Refund Policy

 

* All payments are non-refundable.

* No refunds will be given for completed treatments, late cancellations, no-shows, deposits, or gift vouchers.

* Full payment may be required before booking future appointments after a late cancellation or no-show.

Training Course Policy

 

Booking & Payments

 

* Full payment or a deposit is required to secure your place on a course.

* All course payments are non-refundable.

 

Course Transfers

 

* Course dates may be transferred with a minimum of 21 days’ notice.

* Transfers are permitted once only.

* Requests made with less than 21 days’ notice may result in loss of payment.

 

Cancellations

 

* Cancellations within 48 hours of the course date will lose 50% of the course fee.

* Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the course fee.

 

Late Arrivals

 

* Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be permitted to join the course.

* Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled and additional charges may apply.

 

Certificates

 

* Certificates will only be issued once the course has been fully completed and payment has been received in full.

 

Models

 

* If models are required for the course, students are responsible for arranging them unless otherwise stated.

 

Professional Behaviour

 

* We reserve the right to refuse training to anyone displaying inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour.

* No refunds will be given under any circumstances, including deposits, missed sessions, late cancellations, no-shows, or completed courses.
