DMBeauty Training Academy – Return & Refund Policy
Course Bookings & Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to secure your place on selected DMBeauty Training Academy courses. The remaining balance is payable on the day of training unless otherwise agreed.
As our courses are delivered on a personalised basis, each booking reserves dedicated educator time and involves advance preparation, training materials and resources.
Cancellations & Refunds
If a student cancels their booking, DMBeauty Training Academy reserves the right to retain a reasonable amount from payments received to cover genuine losses resulting from the cancellation.
This may include non-recoverable preparation costs and lost bookings, taking into account any costs saved and the opportunity to refill the reserved training date.
Cancellation charges will be fair and proportionate to the losses reasonably incurred.
Course Transfers
We require a minimum of 21 days’ notice to request a change of training date.
One transfer is permitted per booking, subject to availability. Requests made with less than 21 days’ notice may be declined or incur reasonable additional costs.
Late Cancellations & Non-Attendance
Late cancellations and failure to attend may result in cancellation charges reflecting the academy’s reasonable losses.
Cancellations by DMBeauty Training Academy
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course, students will be offered an alternative training date or a refund of course fees paid.
Your Consumer Rights
Where applicable, online bookings may be subject to a statutory 14-day cancellation period.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
